Goodbye Sliding Glass Doors

Warning long post!

We have been busy bees over here! I've been trying to finish our sink. Wes hung the shower curtain and toilet paper holder. Turned out great! Just check it out:

Today I made the sliding glass door disappear. How? Curtains!!! Temporary until we replace it with an actual window. Can't wait for that day! However they turned out great! Thanks to the curtains I found at Lowes on a whelm. They go perfect blending the living room and kitchen together. See how well they go with the rug in the living room. I can't stop staring at them. Simple and clean. Also addition to the ADORABLE baby just talking up a storm.

I had so much fun hanging out with Aiden...so of course I had to take pictures. We were really working on standing up alone without support. He did better and better each try and was getting so excited when he saw what he was doing. Precious! I just love this outfit Gabby gave him for Christmas, such a little rocker. While we were playing Murph was napping. lol Where's Murphy?!?! He was so worn out from playing with Brett and Tanner.

Party planning update:

So we officially have outfits for the little man to wear. The first one me and Mom, I mean Honey, found while shopping in Birmingham. I forgot the name of the children consignment shop, but it was in Homewood. I really liked it too. They had adorable stuff! Yes, I know it's really really girly, but hey this is like my last time to make him "cute". lol Plus as soon I saw the smocked tools I was like PERFECT! Exactly what I needed for Bob the Builder theme. If it's too chilly that day we might just end up wearing overalls.. Well then as I'm walking through Walmart the other day searching for footed pjs I ran across $2.50 Carter ones. AWESOME! I ended up getting two adorable ones...and the best part was one was Construction themed!!!! Perfect to wear after he eats his cake. I know Aiden and it will end up ALLLL over him. So a backup outfit is definitely in order. Don't yall just love them?!

Then I found something else PERFECT! I swear best trip ever to Wally World!! These will be perfect for the kids that come to the party and something to take home. While the adults enjoy their adult beverages.

Last update I finished making Aiden's high chair decoration. There will be lots of pictures of him in it eating his cake, so I wanted the chair to look cute. I like the way it turned out. I had all the supplies, plus its cheaper than buying one...so off I went. Check it out!
