Rain

Man, what a weekend for the Lambert household. Been pouring on us since Friday. One bad thing after another. I'll just be so ready for this week to be over, so I can have my toes in the sand and a drink in the hand. After this morning I was like, Dang I need a drink....then realized I have probably had a total of 4 in over a year. Oh how times have changed.

So Friday, we find out either Aiden as bronchitis or asthma. But since he was running a fever the beginning of last week she said it's more than likely bronchitis. Either way it was a VERY unpleasant doctor visit and I'm soooooo thankful both me and Wes were there. They did multiple test like checking his oxygen level, blood levels, the scary baby xray machine (which Wes witnessed for himself this time.), then.....it was time for the breathing treatment. OMG! OMG! OMG! It took 3 of us to do it. And after a minute of fighting him saying in a panic "How long do we have to go? Is it 10 minutes for real?!?!" As we all are breaking out in sweats including Aiden. It was awful and made me even more nervous for our attempts at home. But THANKFULLY he is much better with very little fight at home. I'll just be happy when these 3 weeks are over and hopefully never having to do this again. Breaks my heart to watch him, but I know it is making him better.

This is our new best friend...that I like to call Dora. haha bc it's a fish mask.

So Saturday, I was so looking forward to our cousin Ashley's wedding. Wes was going to film it too....well we apparently had a different plan. So we are all dolled up and looking sharp...then we head out. "Honey, what's that flapping noise" "Hmm, I dont know we should take it to the shop tomorrow." Then we pull up on the interstate. BANG POP BANG! OMG did the car just fall apart?! Nope. We blew a tire!! Luckily, after we called Wes' mom to inform her we werent going to make it TDOT showed up to help us change our tire. Praise the lord!! So we make it just as they are walking down.

So Sunday, we were getting up in the morning I always let Aiden watch Sprout TV while he's eating his cheerios so Mommy can get dressed. Well dang it....why isn't our NEW tv working. It's turning on, but nothings happening. So we reset our cable box. Nothing. Switch to the xbox. Nothing! OMG I'm again freaking out....unbelievable! Then we unplug everything and try again. AND WE HAVE POWER! Yah!!!!! Close one....however last night it was acting funny. Randomly turning off. The show would be on, but the sound wouldn't be working. When the TV was off random noises would be coming from it. UGH! Seriously NOT another thing.

Then that leads me to Monday. I got to Ford at 7:30am to get my tire looked at. Wait an hour to not only find out my tire is unrepairable, that they don't have one in stock and the earliest it could get there is tomorrow AM. WHAT! Internally, I'm freaking out once again...because driving on this spare tire is scarying me. I'm thinking the worst scenerios what if I get another nail in another tire and need a spare and OMG. the spare is on the other tire....what am I going to do then. I'm sure my blood pressure is through the roof. So I say okay I'll tell Wes to come tomorrow AM....then he tells me the price. 201!!! OMG is my tire made of gold?! lol So then I call around to make sure I'm not getting screwed. Well not only does no one have it in stock the Ford dealership was the best price the cheapest I found was 217. WEIRD! I think my tire is magical or something. I did get a good laugh though, everyone kept commenting how it was a very good tire and one of the best....and I'm like this is true until there is a nail involved. lololol I needed that.

So to end this post on a good note...always some good within the bad. On Friday, I got an interview for the job I applied for! It's on Wednesday. I'm not too nervous, because it's just talking about myself...but since there is one Lead Team manager in there kind of makes it a little nerve racking.

Now the BEST ending of all. Pictures of Aiden! He looked sooooooooo adorable in his outfit for the wedding. Everyone kept complimenting him and he would hide behind my leg. Silly boy!
