Easter?
Well Easter didn't pan out exactly how I wanted it to be...but I still got to spend time with the ones I love. We missed lunch, the egg hunt, still have an unopened Easter basket, and no family pictures. :-( Aiden needed a nap after church, and when he woke up it took about 2.5 hours for him to be enjoyable. His teeth were really bothering him.
Side note: One more week till we are traveling to B'ham to visit the fam! Everyone is coming up! Yah! :-) Aiden doesn't know it yet, but I know he's excited!
Guess what else is approaching...my bday!! I can't believe I'm turning 26. I originally told Wes I just want a massage, but that's what we are doing next weekend in Bham so change of plans. It's so hard to think of things I want for bdays now...but I did think of something. A new purse!! I desparately need one since my other one is looking sad. The leather straps are beginning to crack. :-( I'm the type that refuses to change purses and will use them till they fall apart. Those suckers are expensive!

PETUNIA PICKLE BOTTOM
So why did I want this one...well being a mommy I must be able to carry Aiden's supplies in my bag. Yes, I know I have a diaper bag, but since he's not an infant and that supply list is shrinking there is no point to carry that big thing around as much. Mainly use it just on long days or trips.
I honestly fell in love with the strap options. The pockets. And the colors! My current purse is a mustard, and I love it! However, I wish there was some more black in there but I'll still sport this with black outfits! :-) But like my friend Erica said, the label and zippers are black lol
Have I mentioned that I'm an online shopper expert?!?! This one little purchase I saved us $80+. Yes, sometimes my finds may not be in the current patterns like this time, but 8 out of 10 times I can find the identical item for a steal! But honestly I like this pattern better than the "in" ones. And yes, sometimes my finds may not be spankin brand new, but they show little wear and tear or they might be brand new just in an opened box. In my eyes they are the same. :-) Just take a look in our kitchen and bathroom and you can't tell me the one you bought at Home Depot is any different than the one I got online. :-) But I just save mega $$ compared to you. It's all about planning and projecting when you need items.
