Kicks

I felt the little peanut kick for the 1st time last night. Sometimes it was really intense and sometimes I couldn't tell if it was just gas bubbles because it was so light. All I know was all night I was kind of a little uncomfortable because of all that movement, and then I think they settled on back or a nerve because there was intense pressure in my lower back like someone was sitting on me. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well....But at the same time it was very exciting!

One thing that doesn't mix well with me being pregnant is my skin. I normally don't break out...but now man my chin will never be the same. lol By the time one goes away another pops up. These hormones are kicking my butt! And I put clearasil on it to help...I think I have some type of allergic reaction to it because everytime my entire face turns bright red and my skin is on FIRE! :-(

Yesterday was a big day for Aiden he is now officially in the potty training classroom. They deemed he was ready...guess mommy has to get back on board. Well when we got to school he was heading for his old room and when I directed him into the new room and to his cubby he knew something was not right. He sprawled to the floor and started to whine and cry. When he finally got up to hand me his stuff and all the little kids were surrounding us. (Ohhh someone new!!) Which scared Aiden so he clung to my leg for dear life, crying. I kept telling him you know Annabelle, and look there are the twins, and look there's Jackson, but he still clung on. So we walked to the back where the blocks were, all the kids followed. I started to pull some out to tempt him. Nothing. All the other kids were all for it and started to play. Then a sweet little girl handed him a piece and he actually took it and then he was okay. Such a ladies man! I was then able to leave and was thinking "He will be okay, he's probably already macking on all the girls. Especially when his gf gets there! (She moved up too with him)" The girl ratio is a lot higher than the boy in this class.

That evening both me and Wes went to pick him up and he was as happy as can be playing with all his new "friends". Asked if he had fun and quickly replied "Yeah!!!" And on his daily report the teacher marked that he was a very good helper. That kid loves to help! Today's drop off went perfect. In and out. No tears and knew where and what to do. So thankful.

Forgot to post about this. But last week little man got attacked at preschool by a mosquito. Got bit on his hand and whoa baby talk about swelling. His hand looked like the Hulk was appearing! These pictures are from day 1 but day 2 was even worse! Took like 4 days for it to return to normal. Felt so bad for him because it blistered over and was so itchy for him. Can you see his poor right hand?

Leave on a funny note. The next day we stayed at home so the swelling could go down a little and he spent all morning playing in Daddy's shoes. Quite hilarious!

Short day tomorrow. Off Monday! Going to have a great weekend! BBQ and swimmming on Saturday at the inlaws, Family Zoo trip on Sunday (get to feed the birds now!), and swimming again Monday. Off next Friday! Then we get to see my fam for a whole week and no work for a week! So excited!!!
