To say this weekend was tiring is an understatement. I'm just glad Daddy is off tonight so I can get a breather and head to bed early!! (WARNING LOTS OF PICTURES)
Part of Aiden's birthday present from Gabby and Grande was a membership to our Children's Museum. So since the morning was a little chilly I decided we should head there.
1st thing as we get there was the FedEx exhibit...we spent over 30 minutes at it. Aiden was OBSESSED with loading and unloading the packages. "MOMMY! There's more!!!!" (Didn't quite realize it was one big loop. haha) Guess you can see I have drilled in his head "PICK UP PICK UP PICK UP!"
Once I finally convinced him to move on of course he sees the fishing exhibit. Well I quickly hurried him out....all I could see was him getting wet and knew it was chilly outside.
Future doctor?! He focused really hard to get the pieces out when he discovered it buzzed if you touched the sides. (Can you tell hes focusing?! lol)
After all that concentration it was time to DANCE!!!! We spent awhile just dancing our butts off.
Next we climbed and explored so many different things!
So what's Brody doing during all this excitement?!
When we started the day he immediately thought we were going to see the animals, so after we were done with CMOM, he asked to go see the giraffes. Well.....Brody was holding up, it had warmed up, and we were right near the zoo so why not! Off to see the giraffes!!!
I was super hungry (2pm by this point and all I had was a cup of coffee) so while I ate he played. (He wasn't too upset about that either)
After an hour there it was time to move on and see some animals. What's Brody doing?!
Of course we HAVE to go see the monkeys 1st. Then I convince him to go see the panda, which I'm glad I did. One was awake and eating (great photo)
Then Brody decided to join us on the last stop. The Giraffes. Aiden was SO excited because last time they were inside getting checked out, but this time they were out and we got to see the baby that was born in January!! SOOOOO cute and small!!!

After getting all packed up and I start to drive off I look in the mirror to see this....SNOOZE CITY!!
Sunday, we got up bright and early and played around till church time. My puzzle master was at work and Brody went in and out of snoozes.
Afterwards we headed home to change and Aiden wanted to "accessorize" before heading over to Gabby and Grandes.
As you can see lots of fun happened and it was snooze city before we pulled out of the driveway. Aiden was so tired, I carried him in, changed him into pjs, and tucked him in bed...Didn't wake up once!!
This mommy was SUPER TIRED and needed a coffee at 6pm to get through the rest of the night. Then the chaos began.....After I got all the bags packed, did 2 loads of laundry, watched 2 of my shows it was 10:30. I get in bed to only be woken up at 11:30....Brody was hungry...weird he never eats now....and SLOWEST EATER EVER!!!!!!!!! Took about 40 minutes to get through 6oz. little guy kept falling asleep. Then about 1am he woke up again. Hungry! what the heck!!?? Fed horrible again and only took 4oz. Then once I get him to sleep and myself to sleep I get woken up at 3 by Aiden who is standing by my bedside staring at me. Heart attack! I'm too tired to do anything, so I tell him to get in bed. Bad decision! Once he gets in bed Brody wakes up again! NOOOO guess he was wanting the remainder of that bottle now. So after another horrible feeding he only takes 3oz. and we finally get back to bed around 4am. Then I have Aiden being a rolly polly in bed waking me every 30 minutes. I have 2 alarms (5am and 5:30am). I completely slept through my 5am, like didn't hear it AT ALL!! I finally heard my 5:30 alarm at 5:40. So by the time I get up, put my contacts in, brush my teeth, and turn on the shower....Brody wakes up wanting to be fed. O.M.G!!!! What was up with my kids last night?!?!?!?!
So needless to say. I'm wearing no makeup, my hair is up, my clothes are totally miss-matched, and I downed a 5hr energy and 3 cups of coffee already. I'm sooo off duty tonight and going to take a lonnnnnng relaxing hot bath with the door locked. haha
